On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2025 Taiwan-Japan Joint Conference on Circuits and Systems (TJCAS), held for the first time in the vibrant city of Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

This conference aims to serve as a dynamic forum for exchanging the latest advancements in circuits and systems, and to further strengthen the academic and professional ties between the Taiwan and Japan CASS communities. We are especially grateful for the enthusiastic participation and contributions from many esteemed professors and students from both Taiwan and Japan, whose efforts and support make this event truly meaningful.

We are deeply thankful to the many dedicated volunteers and members of the organizing committee who have worked tirelessly to put together an excellent and engaging program. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all speakers, authors, and sponsors for their invaluable contributions, and to Prof. Yoshifumi Nishio (Tokushima University) for his continuous guidance and support in fostering this joint initiative. The strong backing from all CASS chapters across Taiwan and Japan is sincerely appreciated.

It is particularly exciting that this year’s TJCAS takes place in Kaohsiung, a city that is actively transforming into a technology-driven harbor metropolis. We invite you to not only explore the technical sessions, but also to witness the city’s evolving energy, experience its warm hospitality, and enjoy its renowned local delicacies during your stay at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU).
