Registration requires a major credit card account (VISA, MasterCard, or JCB).
Credit card payments are processed via our secure gateway through Hua Nan

Registrants in Taiwan have the option to pay the registration fee via a local bank
wire transfer. Please

The regular conference registration includes the following benefits:
- Participation in the WiCAS/YP Event
- Access to all plenary and poster sessions
- Invitation to the welcome reception
- Admission to the banquet
- Refreshments during coffee breaks
- Lunch on Day 2 & 3 (August 28 & 29, 2025)
- Excursion
Student registration for the conference grants the same privileges, with the exception of the excursion. However, if students would like to join the excursion, they can pay an additional NT$ 3,000 for it.
Accompanying persons may not attend the oral or poster sessions. They can only participate in the following events:
- Welcome Reception
- Banquet
- Excursion with lunch on Day 3 (August 29, 2025)
Cancellation Policy
All refunds/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by
August 15, 2025.
There will be an administration fee of NT$ 1,000 deducted from each refund.
Please note that registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable After
August 15, 2025.
